1. Service Nature / सेवा का स्वरूप
English:
Our platform connects customers with local shops in the city. We deliver products such as clothes, utensils, cosmetics, fashion items, and daily essentials. We do not deliver food items.
Hindi:
हमारा प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शहर की लोकल दुकानों से ग्राहकों को जोड़ता है। हम कपड़े, बर्तन, कॉस्मेटिक्स, फैशन और घरेलू सामान जैसे प्रोडक्ट्स की डिलीवरी करते हैं। हम खाने-पीने के सामान (food items) की डिलीवरी नहीं करते।
2. Shop Name with Products / प्रोडक्ट के साथ दुकान का नाम
English:
Each product displayed on our website will also show the name of the shop providing that product. The shop/merchant is responsible for the ownership and supply of the product.
Hindi:
हमारी वेबसाइट पर दिखाए गए हर प्रोडक्ट के साथ संबंधित दुकान का नाम भी दिया जाएगा। उस प्रोडक्ट का मालिकाना हक़ और उपलब्ध कराने की जिम्मेदारी दुकान/व्यापारी की होगी।
3. Shop Responsibility & Removal / दुकानदार की जिम्मेदारी और हटाना
English:
- If any shop makes mistakes such as wrong products, poor quality, or repeated delays, a notice/warning will be issued.
- If mistakes continue, the shop will be removed from our platform.
- Customers do not need to worry about refunds — our website will take responsibility for refund/return, not the shopkeeper.

- यदि कोई दुकान गलत सामान भेजती है, खराब क्वालिटी देती है या बार-बार देर करती है, तो उसे नोटिस/चेतावनी दी जाएगी।
- अगर बार-बार वही गलती होती है, तो दुकान को हमारी वेबसाइट से हटा दिया जाएगा।
- ग्राहकों को पैसों की चिंता करने की जरूरत नहीं है — रिटर्न/रिफंड की जिम्मेदारी हमारी वेबसाइट की होगी, दुकानदार की नहीं।
4. Registration & Account / पंजीकरण और खाता
English:
Users must provide accurate details while creating an account. False or misleading information may lead to suspension.
Hindi:
उपयोगकर्ताओं को खाता बनाते समय सही जानकारी देनी होगी। गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी देने पर खाता निलंबित किया जा सकता है।
5. Products & Pricing / उत्पाद और मूल्य
English:
Prices and availability depend on the shop. We are only a facilitator and are not directly responsible for warranty or guarantee.
Hindi:
कीमतें और उपलब्धता संबंधित दुकान पर निर्भर करती हैं। हम केवल सुविधा प्रदाता (facilitator) हैं और किसी भी वारंटी या गारंटी के लिए सीधे जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
6. Orders & Delivery / ऑर्डर और डिलीवरी
English:
- Cancellation after confirmation depends on shop policy.
- Delivery times may vary due to traffic and conditions.
- Delivery charges may apply.
Hindi:
- ऑर्डर कन्फर्म होने के बाद रद्द करना दुकान की नीति पर निर्भर करेगा।
- डिलीवरी का समय ट्रैफ़िक और परिस्थितियों पर आधारित होगा।
- डिलीवरी चार्ज लागू हो सकता है।
7. Payments / भुगतान
English:
Payments can be made via UPI, online payment, or Cash on Delivery. Failed transactions are the responsibility of the bank/payment gateway.
Hindi:
भुगतान UPI, ऑनलाइन पेमेंट या कैश ऑन डिलीवरी से किया जा सकता है। किसी असफल ट्रांजैक्शन की जिम्मेदारी बैंक/पेमेंट गेटवे की होगी।
8. Returns & Refunds / रिटर्न और रिफंड
English:
Refunds and returns will be managed by our platform. Customers will always get full support from us. The shopkeeper will not be held responsible for refunds.

रिटर्न और रिफंड की पूरी जिम्मेदारी हमारी वेबसाइट की होगी। ग्राहकों को हमेशा हमारी तरफ से पूरा सपोर्ट मिलेगा। दुकानदार को इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा।
9. User Responsibilities / उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी

Users must not misuse the platform by placing fake or illegal orders. Violations may lead to suspension.

उपयोगकर्ता प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग फर्जी या अवैध ऑर्डर करके नहीं करेंगे। उल्लंघन की स्थिति में खाता निलंबित किया जा सकता है।
10. Governing Law / लागू कानून
English:
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].

ये नियम भारतीय कानूनों के अंतर्गत संचालित होंगे। किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में [आपका शहर/राज्य] के न्यायालय का अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।

Payments to Shops / दुकानदार को भुगतान
English:
- Payment to shops will only be released after successful delivery of the product to the customer.
- In some cases, the total payment may be released within 7 days to ensure customer satisfaction and handle returns/claims.
- This policy ensures fair transactions for both customers and shopkeepers.
Hindi:
- दुकानदार को भुगतान तभी किया जाएगा जब प्रोडक्ट की सफल डिलीवरी ग्राहक तक हो जाएगी।
- कुछ मामलों में, ग्राहक की संतुष्टि और रिटर्न/क्लेम को ध्यान में रखते हुए पूरा भुगतान 7 दिनों के भीतर किया जाएगा।
- यह नीति ग्राहकों और दुकानदार दोनों के लिए सुरक्षित और निष्पक्ष लेन-देन सुनिश्चित करती है।
